Phrases for French - handout
Super resource, I've used it with several classes and it helps them get that edge that you're trying to achieve at A*. Just one mistake I've spotted, which is that j'espère should be spelt without any accent on the first -e. I didn't even think about changing the picture, I guess on second thoughts perhaps I should have, but none of my pupils has commented.
Many thanks for sharing your resource. It is full of good tips! As for some of the comments on here, I despair at how rude und ungrateful some people are.
Nice little resource for those aspiring to do a bit better. Thanks for sharing it with the community.
A few of my pupils actually added some of the expressions in their controlled assessment. Let's hope the examiners have noticed even though apparently the "subjunctive" would be treated as a present tense. If this is so, I think it is a shame because we all know how tricky this tense is! Merci
GOod conversation phrases for mostly higher level classes - first set of six good present tense expressions of opinion, etc, then the rest are multi tense, conditional, pluperfect, present participle, etc. Good choices of phrases for those able to use that grammar.
Really very good. Not sure about the pictures, but very useful and explanatory worksheet. Thank you very much!
