About This Lesson

To practize describing what you have done on the weekend; to practize speaking. Cut out detective cards and give them to one student who is the detective and has to go out. The rest of the class writes down 3 alibis from the sentence builder on the slide; one place; one activity; one food. The detective then comes in and questions suspects until he has found the person whose alibis fit the description of the murderer on his detective card. There are two different detective cards for two rounds.

Danke. A really nice simple way to do this without too much time-consuming preparation. Great.
