About This Lesson
Words to do with daily routine & time - one word per sheet. Give each student one or two words; then say a sentence in English and the people with the relevant words in French come to the front and make the sentence. The rest of the class tells them whether they're correct. You can build up sentences gradually; e.g. start with "I wake up"; then add "at 7 o'clock"; then add "usually"; then "and next I have breakfast"; etc. Students really enjoy doing this and it really helps to make them think about word order and using connectives etc.
Fab idea. Merci bien. Going to use it in smaller version first, as pair work for sentence construction.
