Freedom to teach is having the support and liberty to teach students in a way that meets their educational needs in an effective manner that I, as their teacher, would know from building relationships with them in the classroom.

I like your point! Nobody understand the educational needs of a student better than the teacher. This is why the freedom to teach is so important. Thanks for sharing!
