YouTube link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5hrUGFhsXo - to an amusing skit song in French from a TV show called Flight of the Conchords; we liked it and the challenge; once we tracked down the lyrics; has been to use it in the classroom. Students fill in the missing words or phrases in the lyrics without knowing what it’s all about - it looks like just a random list of French. Then play them the song to see if they’re right. The other resource is a copy of the complete lyrics; including the chorus and repetitive bits; and with some of the glaring errors corrected. </p>
I'm addicted to flight of the conchords and this will be fun!
