About This Webinar

This session spotlights learning from the Black Teacher Design Lab, a six-session virtual community of practice that guided Black teachers to implement equity-centered frameworks and protocols to design school experiences centering the healing and well-being of both their students and themselves. By taking leadership to create healing-centered experiences, Black teachers can play a valuable role in school transformation that supports their own sustainability and retention, while fostering liberated learning environments to support students’ thriving.

This webinar is part of Share My Lesson's 2026 Virtual Conference. Join the community or register for all sessions.

Dr. Micia Mosely's…

Dr. Micia Mosely's presentation centered on the equity, healing, and well-being of both students and teachers. Black teachers play a vital role in such experiences within the dynamics of shool culture. I thoroughly enjoyed her presentation, and hope to attend her webinars in the future.
