About This Lesson
Words to do with food & quantities - one word per letter paper. Give each pupil one or two words; then say a sentence in English and the people with the relevant words in French come to the front and make the sentence. The rest of the class tells them whether they're correct. You can build up sentences gradually; e.g. start with "a bag"; then add "of apples"; then add "I'd like"; then "and a bottle of lemonade please"; etc. If you like this activity; I've uploaded similar ones for other topics.
