This guide was prepared for moderately able but profoundly unenthusiastic students. I've tried to make it amusing and irreverent to persuade my students actually to read it. They seem to like it; but it's definitely in my own style; so teachers may wish to check it thoroughly in case they take issue with anything I've said! (That's my disclaimer!)
Luckily we use Metro books so I was able to only change a few things to suit my students and it was ready to be used. Merci!
