About This Lesson
Task to get students assessing a piece of writing and improving it - focus on checking spelling & making sure they've chosen the correct word from the dictionary.I use things like this to help my students get into the habit of checking their own work for mistakes - all of the mistakes in the text are ones that have been made by my students at some point!I've uploaded several similar tasks for checking verbs; adjectives & adding extra details/opinions etc.
