About This Lesson
This is an activity I thought of to teach German word order without (initially) using any German words. Subject; verb; object; time phrases are represented by colored cards; students have to arrange these into as many different orders as possible while observing that the verb is in second place and the subject is next to the verb.
Cut out some cards and let the students do it by themselves. Learning by doing always works. Super,excellent, very good.
