About This Lesson
A series of tasks to prepare for a controlled writing assessment; once they've written their draft. I'm not in favour of them trying to learn it off by heart; I want to use it as an opportunity to build up language skills rather than an exercize in memorising a load of text. The activities are therefore aimed at helping them identify mistakes & build up a bank of key vocab/grammar to rely on when doing any writing or speaking; whether an assessment or otherwise.If your school doesn't have Linguascope; I'm sure you can find something to substitute for the task on the final slide.
