Paraprofessionals and school-related personnel (PSRPs, ESPs, paraeducators) are the connective tissue of a functioning school. And yet, finding professional development that feels relevant and meaningful to their work can be hard to come by.
That's exactly why the AFT Share My Lesson Virtual Conference (March 23-26) is here to assist.
The Share My Lesson Virtual Conference is a free, four-day online event offering 30+ one-hour professional development webinars for preK-12 educators across the country.
Several sessions this year were curated with PSRPs and education support professionals in mind, covering the work they actually do: supporting grieving students, navigating difficult conversations, using artificial intelligence tools in everyday practice, advocating for immigrant students, and building resilience when the job gets heavy.
All sessions are free. All sessions offer PD credit. And if you can't make the live event, register anyway; You'll receive an on-demand link to watch later—on your own schedule.
